  2. Sink Cabinet

    Zone: Cleaning

    Necessity: Must Have

    Cabinet placement: Typically in Developer lead projects, it may not be easy to change the sink positions but ideally plan your cleaning area at the far end of the kitchen keeps dirty dishes out of the way, maintaining a hygienic space and preventing water splashes on the cooking area.

    These pull-outs often feature adjustable shelves or racks or a BPO hardware fixture maximizing storage space and maintaining a clutter-free kitchen. BPO come in 3-4 primary options starting from 150mm up to 300mm


  4. Corner Cabinet

    Necessity: Must Have

    Cabinet placement: Corner cabinets can be placed where Kitchen corners that turns 90 deg

    One of the most common is the Blind Corner Cabinet. Blind corners are cost effective but accessing the deep corners can be tricky. so ideally, one can plan a fixture to fully utilize the corner space or this corner can be used to store away rarely used materials like large utensils.

    And the second most common corner cabinet is the L Corner Cabinet


    L Corner Cabinet

    L corner is a cabinet useful when someone who is constrained of storage place in the kitchen area. This unit provides access to the deep corners of any corner unit. L corners can have 2 swing shutters or Bi-fold shutters to provide that unhindered access. They are marginally expensive then Blind corners.
